ENERGY ACCESS INVESTMENT FORUM (EAIF) 2022

EAIF is the top annual business and finance event for the renewable electrification sector, enabling and fostering business and investor partnerships for the purpose of sustainable electricity access, decarbonisation, economic growth and fighting against climate change.

The Forum will convene private and public financiers, energy and climate investors, development finance institutions, international funding partners, government officials and private sector companies with the goal to boost clean electricity access globally, where 759 million people still lack access to electricity and another 2.8 billion people suffer from unreliable power services.

EAIF 2022 will be held in-person and upon invitation only in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania on 28-30 June 2022. Virtual participation, including GET.invest Virtual Matchmaking sessions on 14-15 June 2022, is open for everyone.

As the sector’s global flagship event, ARE expects to attract more than 1,000 participants to the Forum, of which 300 will be participating in-person in Tanzania and 700 will participate virtually.

EAIF 2022 is supported by the European Union and GET.invest, a European programme which mobilises investments in renewable energy, supported by the European Union, Germany, Sweden, the Netherlands, and Austria.

IMPORTANT

UNREEEA reserved a few invitation slots which we intend to share with members with an interest in participating in the event. UNREEEA is also allocated a six(6)sqm exhibition space at the event which can be shared with exhibiting members.

It is however important to note that all “TRANSPORT & ACCOMMODATION COSTS” are to be covered by the participants themselves. UNREEEA will only offer in-person participation tickets as well as exhibition space allocated to UNREEEA.

The google form linked below serves to capture members interested in either only attending or exhibition as well during the forum. Kindly fill out the form to express your interest and submit it not later than 3rd June 2022 for proper planning on our end.
