Renewable Energy Conference 2023 (REC23)

The Ministry of Energy and Mineral Development together with the National Renewable Energy Platform will host the Renewable Energy Conference & EXPO (REC23 & EXPO), which will take place from 16 – 18 November 2023, at Munyonyo Commonwealth Resort, Kampala, Uganda.

The 3rd  annual Renewable Energy Conference and EXPO 2023 (REC23 & EXPO), organized through the National Renewable Energy Platform (NREP) will bring together thousands of stakeholders from academia, industry, government, development partners, civil society organizations and the general public to share experiences, lessons learnt and best practices/approaches for tackling the energy sector challenges and to foster renewable energy and energy efficiency adoption in Uganda.

The REC23 & EXPO will feature a conference, several side events and exhibitions of renewable energy innovations, businesses & technologies.
